While I work on my axle I will do my strict presses with the log. This is how I always do it

Was in a great mood all day. Had a bunch of caffeiene only had to work a half day at work then as I am getting ready to dead 405 i get a knock on my door about my dogs and it made my good mood go away quickly…

They should have been easier but oh well.

I live in the country but right next to a state park. My dogs have gotten out a few times and ran around the park and I guess since I am in the park zone some of the neighbors don’t think they want “intimidating” dogs like mine in the area. I have a 150lb rottweiler/bull mastiff cross male and a female pitt, both are the sweetest dogs you’ve ever met. Its just a bunch of bullshit

Got 1st in the under 200’s there was only 3 people though. I haven’t thrown since my last games in August and haven’t practiced in over a year… but still got a pr in 6 of 7 events

Results from Ardenwood Highland games. Braemer 26.9 PR +1’2" Open stone 30’9" PR +9" Light Weight for distace 41’7" PR + 8’7" Light Hammer 66’1" PR+ 4’ hit 12’ on weight for height. Had more height but wasn’t making it go over the bar

130x4 PR+1 rep still sucks but better is better

Happy I was able to press out reps on the db brute strength is up, need better technique badly
