Perhaps that’s why you aren’t getting the results you’re looking for. ![]()

Yes but 225 isn’t just not heavy, it’s peanuts (and NOT Ronnie’s peanuts). And I’m sorry to say you’re above by about 10%bf of your estimate, you haven’t measured it have you?).

He said “above by about 10%” Learn to read douche bag.
I just want to know how you started out black and ended up white…
need more leg work
need to put leg day before back day–back is a supporting muscle group for squats and deads, so it needs to be fresh for heavy squatting and pulling, not fatigued from a bunch of work.
what people said about rear delt work and too much chest work.
if you want to lose weight, you gotta cut more calories or add in cardio
you’re not doing near enough leg work
your deadlift sucks and is too light, unless you are actively rehabbing from a back injury or hamstring injury

Alright, what I actually said is that you’re not 18% bodyfat by any means. Your love handles and beer belly on that pic makes it more likely to be about 28% (a difference of 10%). I hope your peanut made it this time to get what I was saying man.
I can’t help this, have you measured your bodyfat?
