Training Consecutive Days - 1B Program

Hello CT,

I am right in the middle of your new 1B program just finishing the 2nd block. With the upcoming holidays I have scheduled training that will possibly have 3 consecutive full body workouts followed by 7 days of no training and then try to catch up by going again with 2-3 consecutive training days.

What is your recommendation when not being able to follow the sequence for rest days?
