Hopefully this will be slower 225x3 jump squat Edit: ah crap still fast oh well these feel really good to do .

pin press 3 inches off of chest 365x1x3 ( 3 sets of 1)

Good day on incline for me due to the Pacemaker causing problems in the low position it is finally getting stronger.

In 3 months I will. I just started to have no pain in the bottom position with anything over 225.

I like the jump squats.

I will wholeheartedly agree that jumps of most kinds are great prior to squatting.

heavy bag 1,2–1,1,2 1 minute rounds ( 1 is jab 2 is a straight) alternating stances and practice cirlcing and springing in towards bag (staying out of pocket and exploding inwards)- sometimes end in a clinch on bag preceded by a knee.

Rest - repeat for 5 rounds.

Fun time especially when people are walking by and just…look. This is done in my garage with the door open becuse I do not like the feel of training in a cramped space so with the illusion of the door open helps alot.

Good circuit if the heavy bag is being worked with bad intentions and your not just playing patty-cake with it.

Wish I didn’t workout in a hardcore gym, nobody looks at me when I do something fun. OK, they look when I hyperventilate from hi rep squats or DLs . . .
