Use a USB cable to load the videos from your phone to your computer and then load them from your computer to TN.

The squat was after the 2 sets of 5 @ 345. can’t tell from video speed but went up real fast no pain and I was able to finally explode into the bar without being concerned for my lower back.

Had a great DnD session on Friday night. ( ok geek hat off now )

Saturday was some light kbell training to so I can see how my class is being affected during class under load. I basically put 3 exercises together: kbell swing, clean and press and goblet squats for example. So I am happy with how the programming is going.

Sunday was lots of raking and end of season yard work.

Squat looked nice and fast, not talking about video speed but you could tell how easy you came out of the hole.

Started a new sesion with the group based in a city setting with a Priest( one of the main role players) looking for secretive priests of a fallen God. Real good with suspense and many twists and turns in the plot as well as hidden agendas by the other characters.

Supine barbell front raise(thanks German1) 65x10 4 sets will do these on incline from now on

pullups/facepulls/barbell curls lots of sets lots of volume.

Template is really starting to work. For programming the main lifts in the later weeks are going up in intensity while the supplemental lifts go down in intensity but still good volume.

I added an additional 5% and started higher on the % on week 4 so 75%,80%,85%,90% and 95%.

week 5 will be 5,4,3,2,1. 80%x5,85%x4,90%x3,95%x2 and 100%x rep max. Woohoo.
