Those are some HUGE squat and rack pull numbers man and you look in excellent shape in your avi, can’t believe you’re lifting so much so soon after your back troubles.

I guess you can’t keep a good man down.

Great work.[/quote]
Thanks. The numbers look good on the squat but are only partials so… but no pain!

slowly ramping up the weights and will add in another day of lifts soon.

Great work in here Fischer

Funny picture while out in san Francisco

Well, don’t go posting pics in the Bodybuilding Forum. Apparently, if you look like you lift weights and don’t look like you’re a Calvin Klein skinny jeans model, you’re fat (ie. “Look like a Powerlifter”)…

now what exactly does a powerlifter look like? MS O, Snapper, they are powerlifters aren’t they?

Happy to see your training is going pain free.

Seriously? People PM you about your avi? That’s just weird.

They have pasty white skin because they never go outside, they’re covered with chalk from head to foot, and they have billowing, sagging beer guts, right?

Deadlifts feeling a little froggy today so…

135x5x2,225x5,315x1,365x1,405x1(belt), 455x1(belt),500x.25(belt),335x3(no belt) 8 sets. Felt good no pain!!!

standing ohp 95x5x3.135x3x2. 155x3x9 10th set got 10 reps. Yep still feeling froggy.

barbell curls 100x6x6.

It’s weight, reps and then amount of sets.

Bweight 227

So I will take 80% of 455 and 365 will be my new starting reps of 3 no belt for work sets for the deadlifts.

Boot Camp class tonight.

attempted your calf routine this morning. OUCH!

Little soreness in the hips and upper back. Did some sprints this morning to limber up and to start my metabolism going.
looking forward to tomorrow and the heavy partials.

@ DJS like your calves yet? LOL

Bench off of pins set @ chest height no arch 2 second pauses w/u’s-then
295x3,3,2,2,2,2,2,2,3 felt good no grinders all were moving smoothly.

partial sqaut down to 14-pin in rack about 7-9 inches of movement

all by 5- 135,225,315,405,495,585 and 675 for 10 reps belt on from 495. Felt good here.

Rack pulls from mid kness-4th-pin. all for 5 reps
135,225,315,405,495 and 585 for a single, belt was worn from 405 on up. will need to really work these from now on. (my lifting partner got 6-Bastard!)

Great workout --loving this routine alot.

Edit: re-measured range of movement on sqauts 7-9 inchesof movement

foam roll, grapple lightly with a superheavyweight (295) and edited post above.

Got some good benching there!

Who’s this “superheavyweight” you grappled with?

Oh just a 6’3 295 wrestler from Michigan who trains once in awhile with me. The grappling went more like me holding on(for dear life) and him picking me up with underhooks and waist control for about 15 minutes. No mat rolling just standing and applying pressure.

I always find something I want to try when i read about your training.

Like what may I ask, I usually always do something with a purpose in mind and have always put @least some time into reading and studying it.

I will be visiting this log often.
