At parralel pin presses 365x3 with light bands attached-- just belt

1 legged leg presses 110x10 5 sets

haqnging knee raises opposite knee to elbow 16 total 5 sets.

Just got light and average bands (pro short version) these are fun!

Wed workout:

Played scooter soccer with my kids class for 1/2 hour. Holy crap if you need hamstring work just plop down on one of these and tool around for awhile.

Btw my team lost :slight_smile: It was myself and 4 parents against 7 kids - Our team name was The “American Balding Eagles”" vrs The Super xmen of bionical Powers"

Great fun watching kids school their parents and making them look silly.

Had a blast working out with Rick today. Those deadlifts with bands are killer, was not expecting the sudden resistance I got from them when the bar pulled near my knees

Oh and on Sqaut day we did partial anderswen presses 505x3 - just belt

pendlay rows 205x5x5
cgp bench 185x10,185x10 and 185x20
spider curls rest pause 70lbs 36 reps

bweight staying around 225-226.

spider curl is performed on the preacher bench facing towards the seat with the arms over the bench hanging straight down.

These are great for not cheating on curls

You must be looking ripped at 226. I like the anderson squat stuff you been doing. I may have to add those in once in awhile.

Upper body day OHP focus

Standing military press 165x6 ntf (slowly getting better at these-alot of discomfort due to the pacemaker position)
standing behind the head press 135x5 3 sets

pullups with 25pds 4x5
pulldowns 170x15 2 sets

weighted dips bw+25 2 setsx10,15.
spider curls 2x15 75 pds.

Deadlift day

w/u then got 370x10 ntf
315x5 3 sets

ab crunch machine 5x15 70 pds.

Anderson squats are awesome. I love doing them myself.

w/u’s then got 500 for 8.

calf press seated 4 plates + 4 10’s for 4x25.

other day die reverse grip benches.

worked up to 255x3 then did 185x15 3 sets
lots of rows and rear delt work.

Last week on deadlift day got 370x10 ntf conventional.
