Right. Why would taking a back off week when you start to feel too beat up violate single factor theory? De-loading/back off periods aren’t exclusive to dual factor theory.

As do I. But that doesn’t mean that I’m going to go prescribing them to others.
Thinking about theories is fun, but actually believing those theories without any evidence to support them and then trying to convince others of the same thing is where it gets a little shady IMO.
I think you will find out soon that this double day training of the same part is a mistake. Plain and simple....go ahead and come back and tell us how it goes honestly...You're headed for overtraining, possible injury and slower gains...the body doesn't work that way. You hit the muscle group hard, then you let it recover...period.
Watch and you will see the futility of this silly program.
