Training Arms Directly, Necessary?

Damn you too?

I have the same thoughts, but then I think… Man I can’t get small and weak. So I force myself to do lifts I hate.

I have not liked training for 18 years now. I’m VERY experienced at it.

I freaking LOVE lifting weights. I look forward to every workout.

Come do legs with me and deadlifts.

I think we might be able to change that. If not, you sir are a true man.

I gathered that, good stuff man. I admire anyone who continues to press forward to be the best they can be.

I can honestly say I don’t care for the 3 days of DOMS after a really intense leg session.

Strength? Says the guy whose back is so weak he pulls something on a sneeze.

Me too. But I also don’t do a lot of types of training I don’t want to, even if it would be better for me.

That hurt right in the feels.

At least I didn’t crack ribs, I know quite a few pro athletes who have from sneezing .

I used to look forward to every workout. I learned to enjoy that type of pain in the military.

But then I split quads and hams up into separate days, and I hate quads day. I ended up switching days to delay doing it so often that its now my given routine. I thought that splitting up legs would make it half as hard, but I was just so wrong.

I split mine up too. One day I focus heavy weight on quads and the next hams.

It sucks lol.

I was gonna ask you to never invite me around for a leg session but then I saw your log and realized I’d just be sitting around not being able to lift any of the weights you’re lifting and it might be relaxing for me.

We can always change the weight… or you know set you up on the CrossFit rack.
