I forgot to post some sessions, moving was dealyed again, my father is having some health problems and I’m coming off the antidepressants, but training is going great :slight_smile:

Alt. Bicep Curl 16kg/s x4+4+3
Alt. hammer Curl 12kg/s x12
Seated Calf Raises 30kg x10
Lying leg curl 9º x18
squats 118kg x4 108kg x4 (Had some left shoulder pain that ruined this, I’ll try changing the grip and elbow position to see if it gets better)

01/11 A2: Ergo Pulldown 15º x1 14ºx8+4+3
Db Incline Bench 24kg/s x9+5+3
Machine Press - Don’t know, shit machine, removing from training
Deadstop skullcrusher - hurt as hell, removing also
T bar row 45kg 2x±12
04/11 B2:
Ez Bar Curl 8kg/s (I’m not sure of the bar weight) x12+6+8
Reverse Db Curl 8kg/sx18
Smith Calf raises 20kg 2x8
RDL 108kg x6
88kg x 12
High Bar Close Stance Squats: 108kg x6
88kg x7 (Here I tried changing the grip, endend losing too tension on the traps, still figuring this out)

06/11 A3:
Flat Db Bench 28kg/s x9+5+3
Military press 48kg x6+3
Chest Chin Up bwx7+5+5
PJR Pullover 16kgx8 (didn’t felt anything doing this, but I’ll try again)
Deadlifts 150kgx1 (this went up flying, I’m really happy with this)
140kgx6
130kgx10 (Went balls to walls, loved doing it)
