Trainer Gaining 100lbs to Relate to Fat Clients

While I can see the whole “walk a mile in someone’s shoes” aspect, it seems a bit silly. At the very least, if you’re going to eat until you’re pushing 280, you might as well do a proper bulk and come out of the whole experience looking like a brick shithouse.

Should have thrown some test in there and started lifting really heavy.

If your going to go to all the trouble to gain that much weight half of it should atleast be muscle.

i doubt he’ll even gain 100 pounds. i think he’ll gain 20 from rebounding from a caloric deficit and then he’ll just get sloppy. i doubt this guy know the first thing about lifting for size.
