Just arms and shoulder isolation this morning. Tried to pop my sternum yesterday, was not able to, and now pretty much everything hurts with it. Got an appointment with a chiropractor later this afternoon though, hoping that will get some traction on healing this thing

Tested out bench today, ridiculously light and controlled. Will see if the sternum is good with that tomorrow

Got some needling in my sternum yesterday, and I actually think it helped a ton. Gonna keep easing back into real work for it, but it felt way better today than it has in months
