Track Your Calories, Easy and No Time

I use my iPhone for everything, so why not my diet?

This is my 3rd run of the RFL diet and decided to keep a full track record of all my eating decision and make sure I stay in the diet’s boundaries. This tool made it Extremely easy and didn’t waste my time at all.

The iPhone/Ipod application I use to track all my eating decisions is FoodScanner, it let’s your scan the barcode of food items, than you simply enter the quantity your ate and it records. Forget about writing it down manually or doing the math, easy add or delete food choses off your list.

I even use mine to pre-choose my next-day diet to ensure I stay with-in my limits.

I am not in anyway affilated with these applications, i am simply passing on a great tool that has helped me.

Hope this can help a few of your Apple fans out there.

I’m a fan of the LoseIt! app for the iPod Touch/Phone

Yeah, Dailyburn and Foodscanner are pretty good. They definitely have a fair amount of issues and take a an unexpectedly long time to sync and update stuff but they’re the best I’ve found for tracking food, exercise and stuff on the iPhone.

They keep talking about a major update coming to fix a lot of problems … it’ll be good when that comes.
