Toronto Area Clinic/Doctor

Hi guys! Any of you in the Toronto area know a legitimate doctor that can help with my testosterone issue. I also suspect an issue with my thyroid. I basically need to find the route of my problem and don’t know where to go.[/quote]
I know of two places here:

  1. http://www.mastersmensclinic.com (in Burington, already mentioned)
  2. http://www.lifebalancemedical.ca (in Toronto)

If neither of these works, go to http://www.a4m.com/ and do an anti-aging doc search for Toronto. A dozen or so show up.

Besides masters mens clinic the other places are bio-identical hormone places and do not deal with synthetic testosterone…

Are you referring to my post? ANd do you mean that injections are not technically bio-identical?

I am sure some of the anti-aging docs in the “Find a Physician” section of A4M are open to injecting.

And I know for a fact that Dr.Yermus of lifebalancemedical.ca – although may prefer topical Test – is at least open to injections.

Yes i was referring to your post. Thank you for the post

I watched some of the videos by the doctors and they referred to injections or “non bioidentical” hormones as cancer causing… I do not know all the physicians and I may be wrong it’s just what I read and saw from a couple of the doctors in the Toronto area.

I wasn’t saying that injections were not bioidentical and i have read that besides the esters they are about 70 percent bioidentical
Again thanks for posting as any help is appreciated…

Thanks junt2222yard! Mastermensclinic looks promising. On their website it says they use HCG and AI for their protocols, i think that’s a good indication. I will be trying to contact them and will post any info on here.

Finally got some more blood work results:
Sigh…
FREE T 25.0 ( 31.0-94.0)
BIO-AVAILABLE 8.8 (2.7-19.2)

Hopefully tomorrow i will have time to set up my own thread.

Bio available looks ok… that is a good sign… I’m thinking you have something else going on and T isn’t your problem. what time did you do your tests?

I agree with you…i also suspect it could be something else. I haven’t grown much since 16-17… does this indicate of a further issue?

Also should i be worries about my Free T being that low ?
10:27 am to be exact.

free T moves around a lot and T should be taken early in the morning. Free T can be within range and under range in he same day. Bio T is free T plus loosely bound to albumin and is available to do the work. ask for the doc to check igf-1 if you think gh is a problem. Going to bed very tired…Get more labs!! don’t give up!!

How are things working out for you? Any luck? I contacted ryan yermus today via email. I will keep you updated how that goes
