Been on TRT TestC 200mg/wk past 3mths. Bloodwork done last week & pretty much on point, besides slightly elevated Lipids, Estradiol 48, Test 1292, free Test 277. Wanted to bump my TestC to 300mg/wk & either throw in Var or Primo, but don’t know which one would be more beneficial & least side effects. Would like to hear your recommendations on length & dosage & any other helpful advice you could give. Thanks

You’re already over a TRT dose. I doubt you will get much increasing that Test so I’d focus on possibly just adding something else and leaving Test for now. Your TRT dose plus Anavar is probably good enough for a first run. What are your goals?
On T and var added primo for the last 60 days. 300mg test 200 mg primo 25 mg Var. Body fat 9% 57 yrs old. . Great cocktail for gains. Keep diet clean for best results. Add in Retatrutide to tighten things up
