The top set for today was supposed to be 155, but I forgot my numbers, so I just added 5 to last month’s workout. It all works out in the end. Better to go a bit too heavy, than a bit too light in my book.

I called Adidas today. My order is all messed up still. I am not happy about that.

I am also hoping that my belt comes tomorrow for squat day. The email I got said that it should have shipped on the 19th and arrived between the 22nd and the 24th.

In the meantime, my safety razor came in. Brand new Edwin Jagger DE8911. I also found my fountain pen, so at least I can keep myself busy until tomorrow.

I have a lot of studying to do though, and they aren’t showing the Pirates game tonight, so that sums up my life for the night.

Ok, so I have had two busy days and I wasn’t disciplined enough to get to the gym OR do flexibility.

This is unacceptable.

My diet has also been suffering for no apparent reason.

I can’t live off of McDonalds anymore. I need some quality meals. I also need to find a way to motivate others around me to try to live healthy lifestyles, and make solid choices. It makes it hard to eat well when people don’t understand that protein has to be a staple in your diet to be healthy.

If it weren’t for me, my family would eat one meal a day, and 5 of those meals would be spaghetti. No protein, no veggies.

And then they all ask me how to lose weight, like I have some sort of magic answer for them.

Yeah.

I mean how are you supposed to maintain any degree of muscle and a slim waistline when you eat once a day, and it is a huge bowl of pasta?

We had a long talk last night about tuna, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, grilled chicken, various forms of rice, and skim milk.

Pretty happy with this lift. It was acceptable for the first one back. Hopefully my belt comes in soon so I can ditch the foam one. Most of the squat reps were paused.

I am debating on putting up my videos just yet. I will re-watch them tomorrow to see if I was too harsh.

Ok, so a few notes here.

Rolling tonight was painful (due to DOMS). The soreness in my legs is incredible right now. I have been stretching, so it isn’t the worst it has ever been, but nonetheless it was difficult to roll out my legs and back.

As for all of the stretching, I find the limber 11 to make all of my joints pop and crack. I am trying not to get carried away with it for that reason. On the flip side, my flexibility is improving which is a good thing.

I cant’t honestly tell you why they picked him up. He seems to be doing alright (checked and he has a 3.21 ERA), but it is too early to tell much.

From what I can tell though, the Bucs are really starting to have trouble with pitching, and they are losing a ton of games. This is made even worse due to the fact that all of our games so far have been within our division.

I am confused about picking up Chris Stewart, the catcher from the Yanks.
