Has anybody had success with a topical fat burner? I would really like to try one, especially one without yohimbine as its illegal here in Canada.
Please refer to Dan Duchaine’s Body Opus, his old Dirty Dieting newsletters. You MIGHT be able to come up with some information. Not sure though.
I’ve heard there’s a cream called glue that once smeared around the lips can help lead to weight loss.

Haha very funny ball sack. I don’t have an eating problem.
Brick, I’ll check that out.
Easy, I’m just taking the words to make a joke.
I take fat burners and all that and I’ve never even seen you.
Ha.
He called you ball sack.

I thought it would be appropriate considering his name.
Anyways no harm done Nards. Do you have a problem with central fat? And have you found any supplement to help with that? I have a feeling that fat loss pills have a systemic effect and a topical fat burner would have a more localized effect.

I’m curious as to the science behind something like this since I’d always assumed the creams that claim to burn fat were a scam and didn’t work. Does anyone have any experience with them or know how they work?
a friend of mine used this stuff on her ankles and she said it worked.

Topical yohimbe creams work quite well, especially on the hips/ lower back. May be tough to find though.

Life Plus has or had a good product that worked. The doctor who did the experiments with it said they had ladies rub it into their thighs. A complaint was that after a certaain time their wedding rings started to fall off. The fat on the plam side of the fingers was fading. I used it some yeara ago, and it did work. I have forgotten the name of the product.
Now they have a tool to remove the product from the bottle, and spread it arround.

Would this avoid the systemic side effects of Yohimbine?

Was wondering same thing since I have bad reactions to even the smallest amount of yohimbe. I do remember reading on the Bulk Nutrition website about topical penetration creams that they sold which were unique because the penetrated into the proper layers of the skin but did not enter systemicly. Not sure if that’s possible or how true that is.

To which are you referring? The CNS effects or the Viagra-like?
Most of the systemic effects seem greatly reduced. That said, Yohimbine HCl is also much less problematic than simple Yohimbine.

The anxiety/heart palpitation/tachycardia thing. I don’t even tolerate HRX or Spike very well. I’ve had two panic attacks in my life, both occurred after ingesting Spike Shooters.
Lipoburn has the main ingredient found in licorice root cream. I’ll definitely have to check that out. I’ve read about transdermal 7-keto being pretty good. Anyone know anything about that, or if its even good for a 21 year old? Perhaps Bill Roberts or Bushido could chime in on this.
