Weighted chin-ups
this is a quick video of brandon curry training delts. i broke down and took his advice and started working with my rear delts first. seems to be working.
the rear delt rows he does on the cable machine have been great after hitting them w/dumbbells.

I suspect my pec minor is tight because my left shoulder is rotated forward and my left pec is looking weird
in comparison with my right pec, but I am not completly shure.
either way I should hit my upperback hard and be better at stretching my chest.
