lol you dont aspire to be me, u aspire to become strong, i am def not one of the biggest people on this website, i actually do not look as strong as i am, cuz most of my strength is in the olympic lifts, im not a big time bench guy or for that matter big on the beach body training, my focus is on power. thank you tho and like i keep saying any possible input would be helpful for shedding the extra baggage

You’re a big beast and a guy after my own heart. Was a similar size and shape to you and loved the power, but my coach wanted me to fight in a lower weight, so I cut and though I lost some strength I have to say - I loved what I see now! You wont regret upping the reps etc man, seriously, you have the foundation there dude!

thank you, and its tough trying to take the fat off, theres always rediculous cravings too, i feel like a pregnant women. my workout today was horrific, i have never felt so shitty in my entire life. so when i was done actually lifting i broke a massive nasty sweat just hitting the heavy bag and jumping rope to make up for whatever i didnt get out of my lifting session. I know i odnt have the definition, it will come but the way the training program is set up i wont loose strength if anything i will gain it, because i am gonig to be hitting deep muscle fibers every other week. thanks for the comment it is greatly appriciated, i am going to keep this up, it a slow long race but i know i will be happy with my results. thanks again.

Here is how I think anyone can lose weight. Eat a lot, either in quantity of meals of in quantity of food in each meal. Then, go several hours without eating. It’s completely unscientific but has worked for me so far

yes it may be unscientific but heres the problem. when you eat alot your metabolism slows down, and im talkin about eating alot in large portions. then by starving urself, your body becomes catabolic, and starts breaking down muslce tissue siunce there are no other nutrients it can use for fuel. since i am tryoingf to build muslce and loose fat, that is the last thing i want to do. i want to gain stength and loose fat.

i got some but there in pill form, i take them 3 times a day along with the aniaml pak universal multi-vitamin and if im feeling like my workouts gunna be shitty i tak anabolic switch pre workout

Try the powders out, makes you feel like your still having something in your stomach even if your not… drink 'em during your workouts too.

Why the fuck would he do what you are doing. Based on nothing. Just what you ‘think’ will work for a huge human being.

Listen, what you are doing is working. You need no more advice until what you are doing isn’t working anymore. No amount of amino acids or random fasting is going to take you to the next level.

Keep it up man, listen to your body. When you start to stall, ask for more advice. And only listen to the smart people… please. Don’t listen to the guys who are 170, bulking or cutting - because what worked for them probably isn’t going to work for you as well.

Chances are, if the advice looks stupid, it probably is. I’m not going to give you any advice, because if I sneeze, I lose 2 lbs. Talk to Professor X, he is a big fella and “dieting” a little, if you will. There are more, but I am lazy.
