Two aas in your first cycle is not recommended because you are less likely to determine which aas is causing you negative side effects if you are getting any. I think tbol will be okay at this dose and considering it has less side effects than dbol or another oil added into the mix. Aside from the back pumps, not many sides from tbol I believe. This is my first cycle, but I’m not going to list my stats because this thread isn’t specifically about me.

Let’s assume he is knowledgeable enough to know what each substance does and the common side effects it gives. (i.e tbol = back bumps; test-e = acne & oily skin; hcg keeps your gonads plump)
wk 1-14: test-e 600mg week - 300mg pinned mon/fri mornings
wk 1-14: 250iu hcg pinned mon/fri mornings
wk 1-14:12.5mg aromasin e3d
wk 1-3: 75mg tbol ed
wk 4: 50mg tbol ed
wk 15-16: 250iu hcg ed & 50mg tbol ED for the first 10 days
wk 17-20: nolva 40/40/20/20
workouts: 4-day split, high volume, every set until failure, less than 1 minute between sets.
diet: 3500 Cals;40% Protein/40% Carbs/20% Fats
while on tbol:
-Split your tbol dose up, spread throughout the day.
25mg breakfast. 25mg w/ pre-wo carb & protein meal. 25mg dinner.
-Eat protein all day along with your tbol tablets.
your protein consumption is important with tbol
-5g taurine ed while on tbol
tbol gives back pumps and taurine helps. on workout days, take with tbol pre-wo meal and tbol.
I would pin mon morning and thurs evening for a better hormone balance. I would drop the tbol in weeks 16-17 and add clomid to pct. Also I would keep the hcg at 250iu on mon and thurs up to pct
I haven’t ran a cycle either, just looking into it… OP, is there a reason you chose to dive in rather than start a first cycle of just test-e? from what i have researched it seems to be suggested method to start. If you read otherwise could you (or someone else) elaborate?

I want to get the most out of my “virgin receptors”. With tbol, there aren’t many sides. I’m taking 5mg taurin and 1mg milk thistle ed with tbol. Back pumps seem to be the worst side effect and I’m not genetically prone to hair loss at all. Sorry, I can’t site anything. I’ve been googling “first cycle test-e tbol” and got some good info though.

Nolva boosts the effects of clomid because it put clomid into “competition” mode where they both fight for a receptor to bind to. This competitiveness will ONLY happen with the presence of BOTH compounds and will inevitably resolve the issue of excess estrogen in the Hypothalamus. This will trigger both LH and FSH to crank UP, as the high estrogen in this cluster is suppressive. You need the synergy so don’t take chances.
The emotional sides arent bad. I had a little bit of vision issues, nothing serious though. Using both nolva and clomid will get you natty test up and running faster. It sucks when you hit rock bottom bro
There is no reason to get super technical with this stuff. You can find all the answers to your questions by just reading threads on these forums. Why do we have to reinvent the wheel when it comes to cycling? The cycle you have listed looks fine. I dont really see a point of doing 14 weeks of test e though. Set it up like this:
1-12 Test E 500mg/wk
1-4 Tbol 50mg/day
4-12 HCG 500iu/wk
PCT 14-18
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 100/100/50/50
I have never experienced any sides running clomid. Even at 100mg a day. Maybe it is just the way my body responds to it. Just keep it basic. You’re thinking about this too much.

clomid decreases sensitivity to GnRH, thereby making PCT less effective…

i think you have a good cycle here, that doesn’t require t-bol…
if you have it, bonus. but 600 mg/wk of test is pretty good…
