Well enanthate is all I can get now in Colombia. What does E3. 5d mean? Sorry, I’m new to the jargon.

I got my blood results. Sample taken 19/10/20.
SHGB - 19.65 nmol/L (18.3 - 54.1)
ESTRADIOL - 41.9 Pg/mL (11.3 - 43.2)
TOTAL TESTOSERONE - 14.6 Ng/ml (2.49 - 8.36)
FREE TESTOSTERONE - 34.448 Pg/mL (4.25 - 30.27)
Also got thyroid stimulating hormone and free thyroxin and they were within normal range.
I had taken 0.5ml of Testoviron (enanthate) approximately 10 days before that blood sample and 1ml of Sustanon around 5 days before. I need to get my levels within a normal range and I need a sensible, little and often, E3.5D type protocol to follow - if anyone can suggest anything I’m all ears. Made the mistake of trying to follow clinical guidelines for TRT and even seeing an endocrinologist (who just tried to rinse me for cash and told me nothing) so I’m hoping it’s not too late to get some guidance here and revert to a sensible protocol.
What are the ranges? These are not universally standardised, so we need the ranges from that lab,
Estradiol 11.3 - 43.2
SHGB 18.3 - 54.1
Testosterone total 2.49 - 8.36
Free testosterone 4.25 - 30.27
Testoviron is not specifically Enanthate. I’ve seen it in Nicaragua, where it’s 3 or 4 times the price of Testex or equivalent single ester. It’s twice the price of Sustanon there. It’s a blend of test prop and test enanthate.

So, depending on the strength, it could be a few things. Is this 200/mL, 250/mL or maybe 250/2mL? What strength does the label say? 0.5 as a volume could mean quite a few different actual doses, which is why we don’t give volumes, but always give the number of mg in your dose.

The one I use is 250mg/ml. It’s the most widely available here in Colombia and really cheap - around US$7.50
So, your on your labs, the Testoviron would mostly have cleared your system, but the Sustanon would have been around maximum strength. So, at least 10 days for Sustanon before a lab, 2 weeks would be better. A whole 250mg of Tesoviron would be a lot for TRT every week, so if you used 0.5mL twice a week, your numbers will be at least what that last lab was, probably higher. If you need a doctor to see normal range labs, drop all of it for two weeks and then test. If you just want to dose Testoviron, start with .8mL a week (.4 twice a week if that’s how you want) and see how that treats you. I would draw a couple of vials at one sitting and backfill a few syringes if it comes in glass amps with the break off tops.
Okay. So two weeks would be next Wednesday so I’ll look to get the next bloods done around then. .4ml twice a week sounds good for starters…once I start to feel normal again. I’m not touching anything until I’ve got my libido back, and waited a while, and had more bloods. It’s been a couple of weeks of (self inflicted) hell not just the dysfunction but the bloating and signs of gyno around my left nipple and anger…all without any of the benefits. Hopefully I’ll turn a corner in the next few days. Lesson learnt. Gyms are finally open again too
