I don’t think there is any need to be rude to her but on the other hand she takes that pic (that is awful) and sends it off you better be prepared to get some honesty. I would expect the same from a modeling/acting agency.
But back to the horrible photo, I think the way she is posing, the way her bra doesn’t fit right combined with an unflattering angle and lighting points to the fact that she probably doesn’t know how to move or carry herself n a way that a stripper should because if she had that kind of ‘skill’ the reasons to take a better photo would be obvious.

When I told her I would not hire her, she went on a tirade against every girl on my site, said i was probably some fat old bald guy who can’t get laid. she flagged my ad and had it removed.
Just cuz I pointed out she was not fit enough for my agency?

I agree with debraD…who has some experience with this type of photo composition and always does an awesome job. Great background, lighting, shadows, camera angle, etc.
It always seems to me that most people have no marketing sense whatsoever. How she thought that shot best represented her, I have no idea.
I guarantee you if you let someone like my wife, who is an amateur photographer, take this girl’s shot people wouldn’t be so quick to kick her to the curb.
Of course for you, OP, it’s a good thing that she didn’t take a better photo. Because what you see in this unflattering photo is what your clients would see. Which brings me to my answer to your question…
Like someone else said, hittable but not strippable. That’s not what I want showing up at my door from your agency.
But the two chicks on the couch…nice! They could use a little bit more muscle over the long run. But for me…I will always tend to favor the chicks that are a little bit too lean over those that are a little bit too thick.

so how do you do what you do? you just rent out the girls, bank on the booking charge and they get paid tips, comission or what?
how is the business in terms of lucrativeness? and how much did it cost you to set up?
