Too early for ai?

2.5 weeks in so far. 120mg split into two doses. I’ve been experiencing nipple sensitivity and low libido for the past few days, so decided to do early blood work before taking ai. Doctor wanted me to start the ai from day 1 but I held off to see if I actually need it.

Is nipple sensitivity a good reason to start? Other than that and the low libido I feel fine.

Personally i wouldn’t start an AI with those numbers unless your having estrogen issues. Sounds like your right on the edge.

Consider daily or eod dosing.

That should help.
Calcium d glucarate as well.
