Here’s another one explained by lawyers: http://news.yahoo.com/s/csm/20101208/wl_csm/348217
He was having consensual sex with a chick, the condom broke mid-way and he kept going and apparently she withdrew consent. That is considered rape in Sweden. Wow. Withdrawing consent midway???
Also having sex with a sleeping woman you just had consensual sex with is also considered rape. LOL.
The funny part is these two girls went to the police together after because they were worried about contracting HIV. When they explained it to the officers, the officers had told them that that was considered rape. LOL. A woman KNOWS when she is being raped. the fact they had to be explained to them it was rape just shows how fucked the laws regarding rape in Sweden truly are.
This makes perfect sense to me. You’re actually saying that if a woman agrees to have sex with you, she’s fair game for the rest of the night.
Not wanting to have sex with some stranger without a condom makes perfect sense to me. And a woman should be allowed to say no. She doesn’t want to get pregnant and she doesn’t want any STDs. If she says no given the new circumstances, he damn well better respect that. If he doesn’t, it is rape.
Let’s say you have consentual sex with a girl and she falls asleep. Does that give you the right to fuck her while she’s sleeping? Do you really think that? I’d like it if some of the women on this site chimed in, but that’s no way to treat a woman and if it later turns out that she doesn’t want him to fuck her while she’s sleeping, I’d say it’s rape.
I don’t know if the allegations are true, but
a) Having sex with someone who says “no” and
b) Fucking someone who’s sleeping and can’t say no until she wakes up
is rape.
No, I wouldn’t consider someone taking back consent MIDWAY through a sex act rape.
Nor would I consider having sex with a girl who is asleep that you just recently had sex with as rape.
You can’t honestly believe someone deserves YEARS in jail for the above. Morally wrong? sure. But criminal? Come on man.

Well, you’re from India, pretty much the shittiest country in the world, especially considering womens’ rights. So of course it doesn’t make sense to you.
For the rest of us from the civilized world, having sex without consent is considered rape, no matter when that consent was withdrawn, especially when the person is sleeping and can’t say no.
Just because a woman hooked up with you doesn’t mean she’s your property and you can do whatever you want with her. In Scandinavia, women are worth something and we treat them accordingly.
Quoted again for truth:
a) Having sex with someone who says “no” and
b) Fucking someone who’s sleeping and can’t say no until she wakes up
is rape.
Plus, the laws aren’t even that harsh, the minimum sentence is just 2 years, merely to ensure that scumbags actually go to jail instead of some bullshit probation/counseling.
