Secondly, unless the news reports on the case are completely wrong, he is being charged with rape for insisting on having sex without a condom. Fine, I’ll widen the circle. To discuss the laws in Sweden, you have to have read the law you’re discussing. Or have had it explained to you by someone who understands it. That’s bare minimum, and you don’t reach that.

This makes perfect sense to me. You’re actually saying that if a woman agrees to have sex with you, she’s fair game for the rest of the night.
Not wanting to have sex with some stranger without a condom makes perfect sense to me. And a woman should be allowed to say no. She doesn’t want to get pregnant and she doesn’t want any STDs. If she says no given the new circumstances, he damn well better respect that. If he doesn’t, it is rape.
Let’s say you have consentual sex with a girl and she falls asleep. Does that give you the right to fuck her while she’s sleeping? Do you really think that? I’d like it if some of the women on this site chimed in, but that’s no way to treat a woman and if it later turns out that she doesn’t want him to fuck her while she’s sleeping, I’d say it’s rape.
