Tomoxifen post cycle

3 weeks ago I noticed a small pea size lump under nipple. It is not noticeable looking at me but it is in my mind so I quit my cycle and want to use my nova “tomoxifen” in hopes it will take care of that. It says to wait for 10 days or so to start since I was taking test E. Should I wait or start now? Any thoughts

you can start now, you could also have run nolva throughout your cycle if you were worried about gyno.

Letrozole to reverse gyno. Just dont over do it. Its the only think that will reverse it.

Not true. Tamoxifen is better and safer to use. Letro will tank your estrogen.
You need to manage estrogen conversion with an AI and use a SERM to block estrogen at breast receptor sites to get rid/decrease gyno.

I started taking anastrozole when I noticed the bump. I haven’t taken any since my last test shot and wasn’t planning on it post cycle. Do you have any thoughts on that?

Your really not giving enough info here.
How much arimidex?
How much test?
What does bloodwork look like?
How do you feel besides the bump?
When you say last test shot do you mean since the last shot or that was your last shot?
PCT or TRT?

I started 15 weeks ago was going to go another 3 but pumped the brakes to nip this lump in the butt. 300mg test enanthate split between two shots a week. 25 mg of Dianabol pre workout first 5 weeks and the last 3. 3 weeks ago I started anastrozole 1 mg a week split between two. My nipple soreness went away as well as acne, but the soar tissue and lump remained. So now after talking to you I have started 40 mg tamoxifen split a day, and am not taking any more test or anything else taking a few months off want to clear this up. Like I said I look good not noticeable at all but it bothers me in my mind. I have not done any labs, when do you usually do or have you done yours. Pre , when your all the way in a cycle or post. All the above?

I was advised by people I know that I would not probably need to worry about any of this with the doses I was taking but everyone is different so I am working it out.

Do the tamoxifen for two weeks and asses.
I would do another week or so of atomized to stop any additional estrogen conversion.

Okay thanks for your time

If it does not clear up in a month, which I already feel it has gotten better and I’m heading in the rite direction, I will see my primary Dr to make sure it is not something else.

Tamoxifen and arimedex are the best to stop from getting gyno but will NOT reverse gyno. I have found letrozole the only thing to reverse it. 1 2mg tablet divided into 8 pieces and taken a either every second day and its gone. Its worked for me but I guess every1 is different. You are right though. Manage the estrogen b4 it gets out of hand.

Nothing technically reverses it except your own body. An AI like letro/arimidex will stop the estrogen conversion while a SERM like Tamoxifen will stop estrogen from binding to the breast tissue therefore stopping the gyno from happening and/or allowing your body to deal with it. Even just stopping test and getting estrogen in control will stop the gyno and eventually it should reverse on it’s own unless your body is prone to it.

There’s been a ton of studies showing tamoxifen can effectively reduce gynecomastia especially the type most commonly associated with steroid use (lump gyno).

This study shows of 36 patients tamoxifen effectively reversed gyno in 30 of them.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/14759718/

7 out of 10 patients here

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/3526085/

Those studies are from using it for 1 month. Subsequent studies have found that 3-6 months minimum is the ideal duration for tamoxifen (20mg/day) use for reversing gynecomastia with a majority of the effects happening around 3 months in.

The above was a reply I received many years ago when I too was worried about gyno and whether I should use tamoxifen.

Edit: only just realised the links aren’t working, my bad but they did when I received that advice.
