apparently a lot of people are into the sprinting Tom Cruise. There are montages of all his sprint scenes on the internet. I thought I was the only one who likes Tom Cruise (only) when he is sprinting…
I saw Tommy on Oprah (yeah, yeah, I know). He was talking about his training for Mission Impossible and said he got his 400m time down to something like 51 or 52. That’s pretty good. I was a college pole vaulter and I’m pretty sure I couldn’t run a 400 that fast. (I’d smoke him in a 40 though)
Two guys in hollywood I think would beat Cruise, with training, are Wesley Snipes and Will Smith. Snipes just looks like a sprinter and I’ve noticed Will Smith runs really nice in movies.

that’s cool Tom actually talked about his running time. He does seem to be a good 200 - 400 sprinter. Also , Tom’s personality, both in real life and in his movies matched his physical explosiveness. Kelly Baggett wrote an article where he mentioned that most explosive athletes are right brain dominated, overly emotional, quick tempered, sometimes irrational (explains his Scientology antics).
