Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes Divorce

Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have reached a private settlement in their divorce case, avoiding a full blown court battle and detailed exposure of the actor’s links to Scientology.

That would depend on how rich and famous you are.

That was his first ‘hobby’ movie. No wait, he’s a qualified pilot so Top Gun was his first hobby movie.

Salt n Peppas here and were in effect

I find scientology very interesting…but I don’t know a damn thing about it besides what I learned on Southpark.

I wonder what she was threatening to tell everyone that made the settlement happen so quickly?

Yeah, but does Top Gun even count since flying would have been an integral part of the movie even without Tom Cruise and it was still too early in his career to buy/force hos way into a role and he had to get them by being a good actor? I guess the volleyball scene where he is hanging out with a bunch of oiled up mostly naked men could count as a hobby scene, though.

I would imagine she got quite a bit in exchange for not telling people they never had sex and that he has an extensive gay porn collection. Between her and Scientology he may be broke.

They’re basically the same movie anyway: just sub race cars for fighter jets…

Daredevil hotshot loses friend in accident? Check.

Daredevil hotshot loses nerve and retires temporarily from the world of professional daredevil hotshottery? Check.

The now-wooed, not-quite-so-disapproving-as-she-was love interest helps him regain his mojo? Check.

What I want to know is why she didn’t run for the hills after what happened on Oprah. You would think that would be a red flag.
