Told Not to Slam the Weights

Lol I don’t even know where to start with this thread! I’m not sure if I’m more shocked at how it went from lunk alarms to two guys from clemson going at it to midget gay porn to little cats back to midget gay porn with lots of balls, or at how bad clemson is being repped on here.

Haha man this thread is is epic but epic like how much bodyfat do I have, here’s my shoe to help you guess.

Haha Dave you are getting more pissed off than when we all kicked your ass in Mario Tennis, which by the way I miss playing.

Btw Dave I think you made your point I haven’t seen FightingTiger in here in a few days so I think the argument is dead.

Hope we are all still friends…

Bunch of Newbs insulting people who have lifted for years and are vets of this site = Extra Homo

Edit…Just realized that inbred Rednecks and Frats were involved, nuff said.

WOW, just wow. I guess this entire thread is why they call this part of the site “get a life”

That’s a profound observation, lost

This thread should be posted in the beginners section under what not to do, paired with repetive questions of NOX products.

Now why do you want to do that?

I guess this thread is officially dead… how sad

Ok, getting back to the original post for a second. If you can control the weight during your lift then you should control it when you set it down. Years ago when I trained at a “hardcore” gym where the majority were powerlifters not once did I see any of those guys slam or drop weights…and these guys were training with massive amounts of plates.

Found the video of BroLac and his deadlift.

He was being humble and it was actually 635 not 455.

Idk why u guys have this idea that i violently slammed the weights down onto the floor. 455 lbs hitting an unpadded floor isnt gonna sound like a pillow hitting the floor…it makes noise no matter how you put it down

lol…it was sarcasm

Holy jesus I can’t believe I missed this shit flinging thread! God damn it, I just read this thing and it was hilarious, but I must add two points:

  1. Dave, that guy that comes up to you and makes fun of you by calling you big guy, is Donnie. He is pretty much in charge of Fike, and if you ever worked out with him, or did an abs routine with him, you would quit lifting completely because you could not handle it. not to mention he would bench press your car.

He gets pissed off when you slam his weights because there are thousands of dumb fucking students that dont put weights back, use clamps, and slam weights, all which can result in broken equipment which he then has to waste his budget on buying replacement bars, plates, clamps, etc. This makes him mad because the pool right above the weight pit has a ton of holes in it and is this close to having the entire bottom fall out of it. So he would rather save his budget and fix that.

  1. I am bigger, stronger, better looking, and more sexual than all of you guys lifting at clemson. You might have a run at the title (doubtful) if you spent time in the gym instead of rushing back from class to get on the comp and flame people you know in real life, on a public forum, when you could just drive to his house and tell him what a flabby bitch he is in real life.

it was prob a bad idea to say yea well what are you gonna do about it and walk away.[/quote]

People who say things to me and then scurry away like rodents are the true bad asses of the world.
