Shoulder press 40s (good 4 me)
military pres onthe smith 110, did 115 once 2 heavy though
Side raises on the cable did 30kg 4 6 reps
ill take some photos nad post em 2 day or 2 moro since im 5kg up
and i still have visable abs !

Ok some small updates on the “cut”.

I haven’t been weighing myself much at all because the readings on the scale would change literally every time I would step on. I finally found a spot in the flat now that has a constant reading regardless of where I place it. Checked my weight now at the end of the day and soaking wet after a shower. It read 114.7kgs every time I stood on it and everywhere I placed it. I will check again tomorrow what my morning weight is and compare it to the 119.7kgs I started at.

I also measured my waist this morning and it was just over 42 inches. So nearly 6 inches off my waist now. I will definitely be at 42 by the weeks end. Maybe I can make it more! 9 more weeks to go! Jirrrrre I’m excited! Must keep on track!! No distractions!!

Ok morning weight was 114.2/251.24 so thats a 5.5/12.1 difference. Hmmm… wonder I far I can push it with 9 weeks to go. Lets find out! I will rage the fuck out if I get sick! Abs are absolutely killing me right now!

I remember reading that if you over indulge in just protein to use as ur main CARBOHYDRATE source, your body starts to actually use the protein for carbs instead of the muscle building blocks that you need! Like what im trying to say is that as soon as you start eating carbs again your GOING to bloat up and lose this “cutting” that you have done. So basically like ANDY was saying you gotta have traces of PROPER carbs in your diet such as potato’s and rice just to keep the body from substituting the protein to give you energy so when you start maintainign weight AFTER the cut, your not gonna blow up again!

Yup I haven’t forgotten lol. I’ve been carb cycling anyway. Also, I don’t plan on changing my diet much when this “cut” ends. All thats going to happen is I will switch back to a bb split, reduce cardio to like 2-3x a week and add in some extra carbs peri-workout. Oh and start coming out again with you okes :wink: I will probably take this through into Feb. The urgency of it all ends on the 24th of October (Spring Tide) and I won’t be doing 2x a day training from there on but I don’t think I will start “body building” again until Feb.

I’m in no rush to gain muscle or strength anymore. I just want to be happy with my appearance which right now means getting lean. Once I get that I’ll obviously get right back on the size train but I’ll leave the big bulking to thos ewho actually have trouble gaining weight. I think we’ve switched minds haha! I’ve become the old you!

And when I do starting adding in carbs peri-workout it will be over time. Just like with slowly dropping carbs going into this diet. Can’t believe how much I used to eat! You never did slap me! I blame you! Rad experience though. I’m enjoying it. Speaking of Andy! Do you still see him? I sent him an email asking for a consultation because I’d like to get my BF checked weekly.
