Guys i have notvstopped, just nothing happens in a week so just wanted you to know i am still going. I will post measurments and workout progress later

I am still losing weight my body fat is going down my muscle mass is going up. Very slowly 1 to 2 pounds a week maybe even less sometimes but I’m stronger I look way better in clothes next week I will start my third month of the V-diet

Awesome! Can’t beat the combo of muscle/strength gains along with fat loss. The positive gains might make the fat loss seem slower on the scale, but the photos and how your clothes fit tell the whole story. Impressive work!
