To Everyone Planning Their First Cycle

No! Those are the extreme ends (150-250) over a span of some time. But the road was fairly linear.

Here is the nearly 50lb jump over a couple months, PED-free:

Aaaaa

I mean you made amazing absolutely great gains man but what was the point. The argument was is it possible to put on 40lbs of lean mass in 2 months as that was what the claim was. Your 100lbs in a few years with PEDs is nothing short of awesome but has nothing to do with what every one was arguing about. Lol for once in not trying to be a dick but am honestly curious.

Just to clarify, that is not me.
I scooped the first and last pics from a very large progress pics folder at 2am. I just did it quickly (its a large file and i was tired/lazy) to show that huge amounts of fat gain aren’t a prerequisite to gaining huge amounts of weight.

This morning I went over the same folder and found the specific photos showing the discussed time frame/weight gain change because it became a issue of contention. Again, it was a point of my laziness last night at 2am to rustle up the exact photos. Apologies.

No where near 50lbs jump…
not everybody here fell of the turnip truck…
And most have been lifting for a LONG time.
Besides’ do you believe everything you read on the net ?

This is not the same time frame as the picture above…
Clearly here he has put on more weight , but looks a little softer than above…
Closer to 50lbs here

Gentlemen, start your engines! And they’re off!

We all know a little about the human body; I think that amount of muscle gain in such a short period of time would have the muscles snapping from the tendons.

Take out the huge gain and f# and I think the Bro has a good post.

Judt to clarify those aren’t me, lol troll?

Considering it took Ronnie Coleman what a full offseason to jump 30ish pounds on stage? Which is unfuckingreal, but let us be clear. Loads of GH and insulin among other things were involved.

You don’t have to believe me, I don’t give a fuck if you believe me or not. But what I went through was 110% truth, the gym owner (Steelie) watched happen right before his very eyes, which is why he is defending my story.

What I went through was NOT pleasent, not one bit. The first picture was a few months clean off of street drugs, and not just crack. Everything under the sun, meth, extacy, LSD, 2CI, 2CB, MDA, ketamine, coke, alcohol, pot. im missing some but you get the point.

The picture where I’m lean and big, is after 5 years. To be specific, it was shortly after I squatted my first 600 lbs raw. in march 2013 I was training for nationals and I tore my 2nd hernia and experienced a compound tear of my hip adductor, and some abs off the pubic bone squatting 565 for a few doubles. I was bruised from my hip to my knee including my entire dick and was on crutches, but went to squat 3 days latwr with a wooden dowel to a high box I have no quit in me.

I dropped 20 lbs to hit 235 in that picture and still was deadlifting 605 x 5 3 months after the tear. I am not a normal gym rat. I even won cranbrooks strongest man about 5 months post injury.

The fluffier pics are accurate, that was me 2 months after the challenge up 46 lbs. I have endured intense pain and discomfort to achieve the things I have. Spent thousands upon thousands on phyaical therapy, spent Thousands of hours training, rehabbing, studying, and talking with people about lifting and rehab.

I am not normal, I am not you. And just because I have achieved something you never could, doesn’t make it false. Everyone at my gym watched me grow into the animal I have become, and if you arent reaching your goals, I suggest you give your head a shake and stop making innumerable excuses.

Steelie saved my life, and I thank him every day by persuing the world stage for the 230 lb strongmen. He is an integral part of my training philosiphy, the best and only coach I look to for counsil, and coupled with my insane obsession, we have shown me how to become something much more than ordinary.

Right now I work 12 hours a day on a rig, sometimes 14, and I still manage to train 4 days a week and eat 5 to 6 meals a day. If you can’t get your shit figured out living and working in the city, do yoirself a favor and quit now. All you are doing is wasting your time

Aside from all that, the mentality is what makes great lifters great. Not making excuses, not finding “quick fixes” and generally not being a pussy. Amazing things can be done when we work hard and go totally outside our comfort zone. Get insane, and make shit happen

I liked your original post but I feel lik now you are just trying to measure dick size and im not into it. Good for you abd your progress, but you dont need to proclaim it to assert your OP

My dick is pretty big. Just sayin

So what was the real reason of posting this thread, hmmm

It was a message to newbs, then I got trolled, and then we measured dinks. Play by play bro, true story

Lmao, still stands to make me chuckle. Lol

K.

Those are some impressive before and after shots.

In fact I would say that with the 50lb jump before and after, even though you do look softer, you probably did indeed snag more than several lbs of muscle there. Certainly not lean gains by any means but even if you had a 50/50 muscle to fat I’d still call it quite successful for two months considering where you started from.

Also thought you meant literal rehabbed crack head.

I beg to add something to Bauber’s long reply;
Biscuit,
Just because you achieved something in a short period of time doesn’t make your lifts any better than the guy who took years to do it. I’m sure your numbers are impressive but it would be foolish to think that there are not guys here who are totaling the same.

P.S. I am glad you turned your life around. You pulled yourself from a dark abyss that most never come out from. You have a passion for what you are doing and proud of what you have done; I can respect that.
