Thanks Shane. I’m putting together these Murph prep workouts in three “Tiers.” The first is for single Murph, the second is for double Murph and the third is for triple Murph. So far I’ve been doing the Tier III (triple Murph) prep workouts which will build up to triple Murph on Memorial Day weekend. I’m not sure if I’m going to do triple Murph but if I can stay on that track I should crush the shit out of single or double Murph. Will have to see how things go over the next 1.5 months. :+1:
