Wukey,
There are times on Saturday that I feel like I’m going to explode. But, its working thus far so I’m sticking to it! My Saturday meal plan is listed in the thread.

These things are bomb. Try them. Each cookie (regular size) has only 10 carbs and 1g of Fat. Compared to a normal cookie this is damn good.
Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup packed light splenda brown sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 egg whites
2 Tbls smart balance butter
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1-1/3 cups uncooked quick oats
1/2 cup raisin
Preheat oven to 375?F. Lightly spray cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl; mix well.
Combine brown sugar, applesauce, egg whites, margarine and vanilla in large bowl. Mix until small crumbs form. Add flour mixture; mix well. Fold in oats and raisins.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets, 2 inches apart. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.

This doesn’t seem that crazy. Especially for a guy your size. I did Duchaine’s Bodyopus and ate 1800grams of carbs in a 48 hour period every weekend and lost fat and I only weighed 185. There were times I almost threw up. Dextrose and glucosepolymers helped.

How? I’m serious. Today I’ve had 3 Surge shakes, half and angel food cake, a tub of frozen yogurt, and I’m only at 400 grams. Even after finishing the cake and yogurt, I’ll be lucky to hit 600.

Carb drinks mostly. I drank 140g + 10g-15gpro every 2hrsx4 70g glucose polymers 40g carb from rice cakes or kettle baked chips+10pro every 2 hrs x 4 That just 16 hrs and I would wake up every 2 hrs.
After eating 1800-1500 cals a day of meat oil and eggs I didn’t mind getting up and every 2 hrs to eat baked chips yams and rice. I’d start fri night and end sun night. After my first mon morning workout I was sold on cyclogenic diets. Untill then I’ve never been able to get cut without losing a ton of muscle and strength.
OK, I get it now. I need to change my name to something with “titan” in it, then I’ll be fuckin swole.
But seriously, I am looking at getting back onto the AD also. I experienced pretty significant gains (fat loss and muscle together!) last time I tried it, but I tended to get really sick of eating.

Saroachman,
The other dude with the Titan name (Mad Titan) puts me to shame. Dude is jacked beyond belief! It’s cool to see some big time guys on here. They give the rest of us something to shoot for.
I recently started a similar version of the AD, but I’m thinking I should break it, and read up on Mauro Di Paquales AD, to educate myself on the exact science behind the diet. I’m sure I can find the book in a google search. Does it come with any recipe/meal protocol or ideas? Macro break downs within those meals?
Sorry if I’m hijacking this thread, but the figure competitor from 6/13, who is still up now, is unbelievably gorgeous! Does anyone know who she is?

The book does contain some sample diets at various calorie levels. Macro breakdowns as well. But, I will warm you that the AD diet, just like all other diets, change from person to person.
You will have to vary it, change it, tweak it, ect to fit your own goals, body type, ect. I’m still doing this myself, trying to find the protocol that suits me the best.
