Anything relatively high protein and fat, and low carb. Salmon, tuna with oil, and sardines are a few ideas off the top of my head. Or you can always build your own blender bomb protein shake.
What exactly are your dietary restrictions? Just fish and eggs, no dairy, red meat (beef, pork), or poultry (chicken, turkey)?
Put some ketchup or mustard on your eggs depending on what macros you want
Changes the taste completely.

Dairy is ok, no beef poultry or portk though, I have salmon every day for breakfast, some tuna is a thought though, care to share a recipe?
Drink 500ml of eggwhite mixed with crystal light and take a tablespoon of natural pb or olive oil after

Maybe try some different flavors with your eggs. I like them with curry powder and coconut oil personally. Or hard boil them and drop them in your shakes (if you don’t want raw eggs).
Add some onions in them!

how is that btw? I’ve thought about it rather than raw all the time.

Well, I’ve tried putting tuna and Diet Coke in a blender (thanks for the suggestion, Flex Magazine), but I can’t recommend that in good conscience.
Loading a baked potato with tuna is pretty standard. Tuna sammich should go without saying. Tuna mac (either macaroni and cheese or any small pasta) is great for a budget meal.
Actually, looking back at those, I wouldn’t call those fair substitutes for eggs at all really since they’re kinda carbtastic. But if they fit your plan for the day, I’d give them a shot. Otherwise, stick with the fattier fishes.

for dinner I usually have eggs with oatmeal so carbtastic is still good, I like the mac and cheese with tuna idea, get some more fats in as well.
I throw the whole egg in my mouth take a big sip of water and mush it around then swallow. You don’t even taste it.
I sprinkle shredded cheese in my scrambled eggs. It melts pretty quick and tastes great.

Your a pescitarian that doesn’t know something as simple as Mac-n-Cheese with tuna?
Instead of making a thread how about googling “Cheap and Easy Tuna recipes”
Here I will help:
I cook my eggs with a handful of fresh organic spinach and shallot pepper (includes salt). Delicious. I also have a dozen hot sauces I alternate. Garlic powder is good too.
Has anyone every tried putting oatmeal into their eggs? Hahhah… might sound F’ed up, but I’ve contemplated trying it.
Egg with mushroom and green onion is a nice change.
Another way to change the favour is to make a mushroom ketchup. Sauté some onions and mushrooms with garlic (salt and pepper to taste) and then put three tbsp of organic tomato paste and 1 tbsp of water into the onion/mushroom mixture. Cook it down until you have a ketchup like condiment. Great replacement for ketchup. And you can add cayenne pepper and chili powder to it to make a BBQ sauce out of it.
