Tips to Reduce Acne?

So i did my first cycle which was test e for 12 weeks. First i was doing about 250mg/week in 2 injections and on week 6-7 i got my bloods and went to 350mg after noticing that gear was underdosed. I also started taking 12.5mg exemestane e2d since my estradiol was quite high. Almost right after upping the dose i got acne into my both hands, tricep and bicep areas and also to my side (rib area, im not sure what its called in english) and belly.
Which i find weird that i got acne into “weird places” like my belly and rib area and it happend almost overnight and after it i didn’t get any new acne. Also i didn’t have any acne on my back or chest.
Original plan was to do 500mg/week but gear was about 50% of the promised concentration, which in the end was good since i made good progression on lower dose and now i’m on pct and haven’t had any bad sides atleast yet.
Im asking some tips to reduce acne in my future cycles. I thought that i could be quite prone to acne because i didn’t really have it in my youth but i was wrong…

Can get prescribed roacutane from your doctor which clears up but drink plenty water and don’t take any winstrol while on roacutane

Roaccutane isn’t a pharmaceutical particularly known for a great safety profile. Benzyl peroxide/salicyclic acid are good contenders along with practicing good hygiene (get a shower brush). Both work through different mechanisms.

Roaccutane shouldn’t be the first line treatment.

I get back acne from TRT and cycling and I’ve come across the only thing that works for me, it’s Resveratrol, I drink 0.5-1g in water per day and then also add 1g to 100ml of water and put it in a spray bottle and spray my back and rub it all in, studies have shown it stops the bacteria responsible for acne from growing, it’s worked for me, my back is the clearest it’s ever been.
Make sure to get the 99% resveratrol powder and not the 50% stuff.

Also works as an aromase inhibitor apparently.

I use Ceravue with salicyclic acid. It’s actually face wash but I use it on my face, back and shoulders once or twice a day. Dont eat fast food and junk food. Stay hydrated. These things seemed to help me out quite a bit. Good luck.

I got accutane from an overseas pharm. I am 192lbs and I only took one 10mg pill a day for about 2-3 weeks and it solved my acne. Accutane is designed to be run at high doses which is hard on the colon and liver. I was on it in my early 20’s at normal dose and it’s pretty harsh. But doing essentially 1/8th dose for my body weight there really was no side effects other than acne going away.

If you can get lymecycline do it for 6 weeks to 6 months depending on how severe it is. Usually just a few months is enough to clear it up with no nasty side effects

Cut out sugar and dairy and anything overly greasy. Use dove soap and get a back scrubber. Acne soaps don’t work for me just dry me out and make acne worse. If this does not help then go to dermotologist.

Thanks for all the answers and i’ll first try these prescription free products which i can get from my local pharmacy.

The late great Dr. Crisler recommended to me to take a highish dose of L Carnitine and Pantothenic Acid supplements 2x per day. I run 500mg each in the morn and 500mg each at night. It significantly helped with body acne after a few weeks. Not saying it will work for everyone.
