Acne

Hi guys , on my second cycle here! …Consisting of test-deca-dbol. 3 months in total , just finish my second month yesterday.
Got a trainer/nuttritionnist and have a very good lifestyle for the sport.
Already mention my stats on another post but : 22 yrs old, 238lbs. 9,4 % BF

So now, always got minor acne lesion on back and very little on face. But since 2 weeks it multiplicate exponentially.Suffer from acne problem in first cycle too but just in post-cycle with hcg/clomid/nolva. Now suffer when “on” cycle.

  • Trainer says its genetic/heredity and juice worsen it

  • Doc who followed me with juice (blood test, tips.etc) says its " normal " when on to have bacne and prescribe some minocin ( oral comp.) and clindoxil ( topical gel )

  • Dermato : juste have one fuckin word in mouth : Accutane and its an absolute NO! because I already tried it when teenager and became depressed, feel pain in joints, always dry and deshydrated, etc…

So you guys the juicers like me,must have some good ol tips ?
Thanx in advance guys

PS: I read some post on acne on the site but always the same like wash yourself 2 times a day, etc…

i was actually wonderin the same thing too cuz my acne is getting terrible and its almost swelling and getting itchy. i am thinking about maybe using proactive, i know it clears your acne and when you stop it brings alot of it back worse buuut if you end your cycle when you stop it maybe this can be avoided…anyone tried it?

All I know is try to take care of it now, with my first cycle it very gradually appeared, the by the middle of my PCT it had flared up to a crazy amount, im talking a dot to dot o my chest man. It will probobly get worse when you end your cycle, so be forwarned.

Salt water, bleach and UV light. That will clear you up. The idea is to simulate the ocean and pool environments. And tanning the skin helps to kill/mask acne and scars.

Also when you wash your clothes that sit right next to your skin. Wash them really good. Super hot water …bleach for whites. And dryer dry super hot anything you wear against your skin.

These 2 will help in great amounts

You guys get that acne on your face? Or is it mainly confined to your chest/back? I can handle the body but certainly don’t want to look like some hormonal 14 year old. Also can adding an anti-e such as Proviron help to quell outbreaks? This is a fairly big concern of mine as well as I look to start my first cycle as I had fairly bad acne as a teenager (face) and used retin-a at the time to combat this.

Oral AAS tends to have a greater impact in the showing of side-effects, namely acne in this case. Prisoner has mentioned this before, as I’ve witnessed on my own body.

After my cycle almost 10 months ago left me with horrible acne (containing lots of Dianabol), I’ve decided to steer clear and stick to non-designer, injectable AAS.

There are no shortcuts to the acne that is brought on by AAS, because it’s not your typical acne. That meaning that Acne vulgaris (the bacteria that causes the usual acne) is NOT the source of problems, but something else.

Go see a dermatologist. That’s the only true solid piece of advice.

Dirtbag: thanx for you tips, I already take sea-salt bath once per week and go in tanning bed 2 times a week. It helps but dont clear it. But didnt know for the importance of very very clean clothes. will try this.

Cortes: I got solid acne when teenager too, prepare yourself to have some if you go “on”. Its principally on back shoulders, but a couple zit on chin and neck too.

Contrl: Yeah I saw my dermato and told me that I’m a good candidate for accutane but man this products is so hard on the body. I want to try everything I possibly can before using it.

Accutane dries up your lips and makes your skin hypersensitive to excessive sunlight. It is hardly that bad on the body itself. And I don’t even want to hear people chime in with their crap about it being hard on the liver, just like they do with oral AAS (which leads to different side-effects altogether, however).

People need to stop professing the over-exaggerated.

Also one more thing, acne does not originate on the surface of the skin. All the cleaning won’t do jack. No sea salt, no hot baths, no ultra-clean clothing, nothing. It won’t help. Acne slowly surfaces from deep within the dermal layers.

All else is myth.

When talking about accutane, I was reffering to personnnal experience and not " I heard that … "

If you call myths the fact that your joints hurt on this shit, take some accutane roche for a months and go do a heavy workout.

Got nose bleeding many times a day and in the night. Headache, dry eyes …

BTW thanx for comments

no acne on my face to answer one of the previous questions, but as a teen i didnt have a whole lot either, i wear alot more collared shirts now tho to avoid it showing on the back of my neck :S

go to acne.org order some of the 2.5% bp gel, works great, follow the regimin guidelines on the site

Deoxycycline (sp?) antibiotic, Kiehls Blue Toner, Emu Oil

I love how well my acne responds to tanning; I should probably tan at least 2-3 times a week just to keep clear skin

Suffering from the same shit (and only in the face). Washing by Nizoril -shampoo might help a bit like the use of Isobetadine (a form of povidone iodide) during nights. I’m somehow even immune to the most of tetracyclines (only minocycline works but slowly).

As experienced both, I agree that AAS induced acne differs from the “normal”: its more aggressive, unpredictable and painful.
