Tips on first cycle

Last week monday, i started my first solid cycle. Test e 400mg titrated to 600mg over 16 weeks and 50mg of anadrol pre workout 4-6 weeks, examastane eod when needed and pct is just clomid.
Since i started, my face has gotten a lot more bloated and i added 3kg to my weight.
My sleep is a bit worse and i feel a little fatigued. But my strength has gone up very nicely and i look fuller all the time.
From what i read i should be eating a lot more carbs because that is when anadrol thrives. And focusing on my estrogen and liver.
Am i missing any more things? What other tips do you guys have on this cycle and using these compounds? Getting as much reward as possible. Mainly my focus is as much mass as possible but keeping isde effects lower.

This is not good. 3kg is way too much to be putting on in one week. This is def water most likely from an estrogen spike.

What is you BP?

Im not using a AI, my BP is around 150-160
After taking anadrol/post-workout and around 120-130 in the morning.

THis is not great. High BP is not good for the kidneys.
I would get bloodwork asap.
Ard your legs getting puffy at all? Ankles?
What is your current diet?

My legs are not getting puffy, the only sides i seem to be getting is water retention and high BP. I got my bloodwork done before my cycle started and i seem to have good markers.
My diet is high carb, high protein and moderate fat.
300g,180g and around 50g fat

I would get bloods now and see where you are at. Typically water retention is gonna be high estrogen.

Isn water retention impossible to avoid on anadrol? It doesnt aromatize but it does give estrogen sides. From what i read.
And i am taking 400mg of test so it does not seem likely to be causing estrogen sides on first week.
But just to be sure, should i take 5mg aromasin eod and see how i feel?

I would get bloods. It’s not a guessing game.
When you are more experienced with gear you’ll have a better handle on things. For now bloods should guide you.
Aromasin stops estrogen conversion. The only way it will lower estrogen is if you take enough to stop all conversion. Then it will start to drop.
In my experience 5mg eod will block some conversion but will not lower.

yep that sounds like Anadrol. but that much water weight in just a week is no good.

my first cycle was Test/Anadrol, so I can’t knock this. but I’d just keep an eye out on these side effects.

oooof you gotta handle that. there’s a bunch of different meds/cardio/or just lower doses and ease into this.

It can be managed restricting sodium intake. 50mg per day was a rather low dose, considering that was only one tablet per day. There was a doctor here that prescribed it at two tablets per day when doctors had free ability to prescribe AAS.

I would rather recommend reducing carbohydrates, that helps me and not having a cycle longer than 2-3 weeks. Otherwise, 1 tablet of 25mg in the morning is enough and if the body tolerates it well, add 1 tablet in the afternoon.

Way too much gear for “first cycle”.
Stay safe! Watch BP, RBC, do bloods.
Start low with the AI’s, it is a dangerous ground, better less than too much.

5 mg aromasin or 6.25 - 1/4 tablet would be good to start with as mentioned above.

Seems good ,i will test my estrogen and see if that is what is causing all of these issues with my BP and water retention

If estrogen isnt the root of this side effect.
Would viagra/cialis help with the BP

I always keep my sodium intake fairly low,
Could anything else i am eating affect it?
How did you feel on 100mg of anadrol?
How different was it to 50mg?

I will get my tests done for estrogen.

I never took 100mg of Anadrol a day. And when I did take Anadrol I took 50mg per day for only 3 weeks. It is very toxic on the liver. Not worth the risk to use it for an entire cycle, IMO.

I only commented that there was a doctor who prescribed 100mg/day to many who came to him for AAS. Of those that I knew that came to my gym taking 100mg/day of Anadrol were nothing exceptional about their strength or physique. You must consider that good genetics is greater advantage than AAS.

I don’t know what “fairly low” means. Here is one rule: throw your salt shaker in the garbage. You will never need it again.

You might need to never eat any prepared food that you didn’t at least supervise it being made. Look at the label of everything that you eat.

Considering you are the most experienced, can i ask you about your AAS cycles and your philosphy behind your usage?
