You can sleep more or go on a quest for the Amulet of Health and the Blessing of Zeus.

I get up at 3:50AM, train at 4:30AM, 6 days a week. Try to be in bed by 8:30PM, actually asleep by 9PM. That’s important, as mentioned above.

Some other practical things that have helped me are:
I like sleeping with a fan on me so I have it on a timer to go off 15 mins before I need to get up (https://amzn.to/34NC4eR).
I got an alarm clock (Robot or human?)<—weird name for the link?) that gradually lights up starting 30 mins before the alarm goes off.
I got a mattress cover that heats or cools my bed on a schedule. It helps me sleep cool which is beneficial but I have it set to go to 75 degrees when I want to wake up so it’s almost uncomfortable and I get up. I have an Ooler which is like $800 but I looked on Amazon briefly and saw one by Aquabed (https://amzn.to/3v4zgEz) for $320.
