Snapper, yes I face an incline bench (covered with my towel, cause otherwise YUCK) to do the chest supported rows. Its a poor substitute for the machine but it will do. Definitely worth trying.

cholulalula, in general I am not very judgmental about myself or of others. My body image is probably too high for my own good (vanity, thy name is KIMBA). I’m not really curious about big tits. But if I could have one thing for a day it would be two working eyes instead of just one. How does the world look in 3D, I wonder?

I trained on Sunday later than usual and ran smack dab into a weight room full of high school age boys, being as loud and obnoxious as high school boyz are. Woe is me, I don’t train with an ipod or headphones so I was totally fucked. Honestly, I just wanted to leave because I wasn’t in the mood for that, but stayed and by the end of my workout the weight room was back to normal.
My left knee was still annoying me, so I passed on squats.
