When is the best time to take chromium picolinate and fish oils? At the moment I take about 3g of fish oil 3 times a day with meals, and CP in the morning and pre-workout. Am I about right or way off?
The fish oil looks good just get em in with meal

Yeah, I probably won’t buy another bottle of chromium after this one… but for the time being how should i use it? In the morning, pre/post workout? I know it affects your insulin but how?
Funny, most of my day yesterday was spent trying to learn about insulin and what should i do. From my understanding, I would take it post-workout and your other P + C meals.
Since the P+C meals trigger the “synergetic” insuling respose, this would just amplify it. I would nto recommend taking it with ANY P+F meals since you are trying to keep your insulin levels as low as possible during these times.
A thought would be to take it if you have no carbs to digest but you have protein. So in a way, the chromium would act a substitute to the carbs and help push the protein into your muscles.
