It’s great to see things are going well for you. What are up with the 95 pound good mornings? Is it mostly for flexibility/getting blood in there? Since it seems a little low for someone with your deadlift. (I am just curious)[/quote]
Yea, I just try to get a good stretch in the hamstrings on the way down, and then squeeze the glutes really hard on the way up. I can go heavier, but I get plenty sore from the 95 lbs. Ill make a video of them if I can remember to next time so you can see how strict I do them.

Hey stud! Nice goal in a 7-1 victory!
Hope everything is going well for ya man.

Just did a quick little workout since I had somewhere to be. Did the rower for about 6 minutes and then finished with some 1 and 2 arm farmer walks.

It is going well at the moment. Haven’t been on here as much lately because I’m actually dating a few girls for once. Got Friday and Sunday dates planned this weekend. Definitely got a lot of cleaning up to do. I haven’t had a girl over in ages!

Hey Mighty. I’m new to this site and just saw your first post. When you cut weight the day before-day of a weigh-in, the best thing to do after is focus on hydrating completely before you eat anything. What worked best for me was a half Gatorade/half water mixture as it seems to empty from the stomach faster than straight Gatorade.

My rule was to drink a full gallon of this mix before I would begin eating anything (a gallon is what I used when I routinely cut 10-12lbs for my meets to make 242, you would obviously need less than that). Most of the weight lost from a quick cut is fluid so it’s most important to focus on hydrating before you fill yourself up with whole food. I learned this way worked best after doing it many different ways for about 5 years.

I’m not a guru but thought maybe this might help.

Thanks for the tip and stopping by. I do use liquid meals right after weigh in, but I think I still relied to much on solid food for regaining weight back. Not to mention stuffing myself makes it hard to sleep much the night before. In either case, I’ve decided from here on out to not concern myself with weight classes again until I know I can set a record or earn best lifter. Now if they had a 24hr weigh in I’d cut everytime because it wouldn’t be so bad.

Okay, I’ll admit I’m confused. Are you saying pimp? I looked up the acronym and all I found was…

percutaneous isolated hepatic perfusion
Prepaid Inpatient Health Plan

I’m pretty sure none of those are it…lol

Yes from my experience the solid food doesn’t do all that much to regain the weight. I eat normally once I get my fluids into myself. The weight lost is subcutaneous water as well as the water lost from your body depleting glycogen stores (I believe its about an ounce of water for every gram of glycogen in the muscle or something). The glycogen and fluid can be replaced by a large amount of carb drink ( pedialyte or Gatorade). Food was never that important for me and I always gained back everything I had lost in about 8-12 hours.

Update us friend. Did you achieve a decent burn this weekend?

230 x 13 (estimated max- 328.5. Video below)
255 x 1
280 x 1 (Tried to record it but there was an error.)
HB Squat
145 x 10 x 2

Friday night was a double date and went well. Went to a comedy club and then got some drinks afterwards. Even though I’ve seen this girl a couple of times before, this was technically our first date. Nothing actually happened but hugs. Would’ve been forced if I tried anything, and I had to be up super early!

Sunday date went to the zoo and then got take out and netflixed it. Didn’t go all the way but fooled around a lot. This was just our second date.
