Yesterday was 21st birthday and we will leave it at that, it actually felt good to let go a little bit and not worry about anything fitness related.
Today I’m back dedicated to the grind, getting ready to go to the gym after some food.
I’ll post that workout when I get back.
Well I’ve been lazing in my posting the past few days, but not my workout and diet. I’ve ramped up to the 3k calories per day and start that today. Joel Marion reccommends around 18xBW and go from there which is around 3150, so I’m gonna try that and see what happens.
Meal #1
1 Cup blueberries
1 Cup Oatmeal
2 scoops Metabolic Drive
I’m gonna train today as well, this makes 3 days straight and is starting to take a toll but I feel “ok” in muscle regard and really want to get to the gym, I went after a very long day yesterday at 9:45 PM and got back at 11, something my former self would of said fuck it, I’m not going.
The workouts are the same thing, everyday except alternating the sets and reps, it feels a bit weird as I’ve been on some form of split for awhile now but variation is key right?
