Time Released BCAA's?

i’m just curious, why don’t any supplement companies create BCAA capsules that are time released, like 3-5 hours maybe? that way you could pop a few before hitting the sack, then you’d stay in an anabolic environment all night without having to wake up halfway through the night to toss them down. or have i just not stumbled across the amazing people who already came up with this idea?

They do have that, it’s called protein powder.

Have a casein protein shake before bed for slower digestion.

That defeats the biggest use of BCAA’s. Most coaches/athletes use them as a training supplement, so the fast absorbing part is very important. I imagine a BCAA product that is slowed down would not sell well at all, as there is casein protein that does the same job.

i know casein is a slower digesting protein…how many hours does it take to be fully digested?

3.67 EXACTLY

No I’m just joking, it’s really impossible to say depending on size digestion and other factors. It’s pretty slow is about all people can really tell you, a few hours.
