I usually cruise 8-12 weeks. And I don’t ever feel all that bad or lose all that much strength just get a slightly softer look to me.

Words of encouragement, since I am going on my (first) cruise in 2 weeks. Any other suggestions for the cruise part?

I usually blast 12-16 weeks. Always blast my test out longer by about 2-3 weeks than everything else.

My last blast was as follows and is the most gear I have ever taken weekly.

1500 test cyp weeks 1 - 16
800 deca weeks 1 - 6
600 tren weeks 5-12

Just be aware that you are going to not feel as much of an animal as you are when blasting. I usually back my weights and frequency down a tad to avoid things hurting or injury once I get 2-3 weeks into my cruise and my levels have dropped significantly.

Also depending on your body type, I reign my diet in a little more and try to cut back on my eating a bit. Depends on your body type.

Other than that just be aware you aren’t going to feel as energized and plan accordingly. Keep in the gym and after your levels settle you will feel better and look forward to your next blast haha.

Great thread guys and Reed you are a monster, if you don’t mind can you take a look at my cycle I’m about to run because I’m running Tren at a pretty low dosage but just the fact you do so much stuff and the sides of that particular bothered you concerns me a little.

You guys all seem to know what you are talking about so any input would be great. The gear is on the way but I’m considering chopping the first and last two weeks of Tren and upping the dosage on the rest so rather than week 1-10 100mg I would change it to week 3-8 150mg.

It was deca dura. I was using up my old supply and ran out of deca was just using oldest gear. Have a ton of tren and I find tren a little rough to run more than 10ish weeks
