So I tagged this work out onto the end of my front squat day. So it’s lighter than I “wanted”. But it still hurts. Watching it back I feel sick.
I didn’t intend to do this so I did not record the squats. But the dead lifts are below:

I did the widow maker after my front squats and I realised I was 1/2 way there with this challenge. So “why not”?
