I can make that much progress in a hour just by changing my posing a little and getting a pump.

Why is it everytime I see you post you’re always the most negative person? Why don’t you offer some advice instead of being a huge prick about it?

baby want his bottle?

I agree with football. Like man, lots of respect to you, you’re 17 and have lifts way higher than I probably ever will, but that doesn’t mean you have to rip on everyone else who are trying to better themselves as well. To the OP, nice job, definitely see some muscle growth, keep at er!

maybe I have just been on T-Nation to long, or maybe the crowd that was here when I showed up has left, but I like this place because you can be frank. You dont have to sugar coat shit before you post it in fear that you will hurt feelings.

There is a difference between sugar coating shit and just posting a rag comment. The man obviously wants advice and is at least doing something to better himself. Why don’t you offer some of your over abundant advice instead of just talking pure shit?[/quote]

if he wants advice he can use google and the search function, there is only so many times I can write the same thing before I finally give up.

I could have said nothing, I decided to say what I thought. Lose all the sleep you want over it.

Just pretend this is real life and mind your own buisness, or be afraid of me, either way the end result is you leaving me the hell alone.

Damn, Im 17 and I literally dont have time for this dumb shit.

Have a nice day.

wow meganewb, now you seem to be the one who needs his bottle.

“I can lift more then you so shut the fuck up” aka blah blah blah

I thought that immature drama queen pointless argument shit was over with in high school…oh wait, you are in high school, so nevermind.

Guess I should’ve known better, though last time I posted got some helpful feedback.

So, as for progress…I’ve benched 325 with no help, done 26 pullups in a row, and dropped my bodyfat from 18 to 9 percent, all with a full time job and a family, at 43 years old. I’ve put on a minimim of 18 lbs of muscle, and seen major improvements in my stats (except my calves, which i’m lame about. Evidence of some of the above is here:

So, I’m cool with a few BS comments, because I know how far I’ve come, and appreciate everyone else’s feedback.

wow, I’m impressed with that bench, any chance you have a video of that though.

The pullups I believe, you look short, are you? So you prolly have a good strength to weight ratio.

Wish i did have a vid, but have done it a couple of times with my trainer spotting…maybe I need to have him back me up here

I’m 5’8, so yeah, not tall.

Thanks–Mike

I am also impressed with that bench. I’m not calling BS but I would also love to see a video of that. Good job on your training and look forward to seeing you progress.

Good progress and I liked your attitude. I gave you a 10 just to bring your average up a bit. It didn’t change unfortunately.

Keep it up.

Mega Newb, Mega Duesch.

My dad is going to kick your dad’s ass!

Mikey, Post over in the over 35 lifter forum. We at least try an keep the subject on the poster and there are some people over there who’ll give you some constructive criticism.
