Three Week Cut Progress


Been doing a keto diet (TKD) and lifting 3 times a week with lots of cardio, mostly in the form of running on the treadmill, be it HIIT or for 40 minutes.

Getting surgery in a week on my right shoulder and it’s gonna be a bitch to keep cutting down for the summer (especially with no lifting) but walking and diet will have to do it for me.

What progress did you make in 3 weeks?

Been doing the same thing, on my 29th day. I’ll post pics soon as well if this thread goes the right way.

Judging by those pics, you most likey don’t have enough (any) muscle to cut.

i weigh 220 lbs. I’ve played football my whole life but had to give it up do to injuries.

Bench - 305
Squat - 550

I’m not sure what I max deadlifting, but I’d have to figure with a good cut I’d have plenty of muscle.

also, the water stains on the mirror (spunk stains lol) are still there you just cant tell in the second pic cause its daytime.

Yeah but dude. Look at this thread and tell me it’s a quality RMP thread. one picture, different lighting, no pose, no back, no legs, with someone who has some muscle (albeit, not a whole lot). I can see a little difference but can you honestly say this should have been posted? After a whole 3 weeks of cutting?

Edit: And to boot it looks like he’s lying about his lifts. I’d be pretty surprised and would publicly apologize if he proved me wrong, though.

definitely not quality - im not a bodybuilder nor do i want to be. It’s just that there’s some fucking great info on this site. the day you see me do poses for the camera is the day i chop my dick off. the lighting was shit tho.

is it really that hard to believe a D1 college lineman could squat 550 lbs? My bench was garbage for my position

My second post wasn’t in the defense of the kid but myself. It seems every thread I and eales post in turns out in some unprovoked attacks on my physique. I would happilly post videos of my lifts and put him to shame, but I don’t think he has the balls. Shit if I was 40 and some teenager was putting up more weight then me I’d be pretty embarrassed too.

Eales pm me if you wanna have a bench off.
