Well, the road ahead looks different depending on who gets elected for president of the US. There you have another important choice to make. To me, as a European, I canāt understand the current polarization in the US, considering one choice is severely unwise.

Sometimes. Its not too elaborate though. Just dice up the maters, a little salt, splash of balsamic, maybe a few other aromatics, some herbs, cook it down and spread it. 
And Paprika. That stuff is magical. It fills out the flavor like nothing else.
And if you want to really make it something, some diced shrooms, and/or finish it with a Ā¼ tsp. of truffle oil.

Its like invisible though. I did a crock pot beef roast at my buddyās/work my usual way and it turned out really good.
