Thoughts on My Diet

Hello All,

I’m 6’0 and 205 lbs and i am cutting. So far I am 30 lbs down but am going to keep going until I can see my abs.

This is my current diet

(WORKOUT STUFF)
PRE C-4
DURING Gatorade
POST GNC Recovery Protein Powder

Breakfast
3 Eggs 3 Strips Bacon
Biotest SUPERFOOD
Vitamin Pack

SNACK
Protein Shake mixed with unsalted Natural PB

LUNCH
Chicken Breast 8oz

DINNER
Steak 8oz

All in all it breaks down as
1950 Cal 67g Fat 75g Carb and 234g Protein

Today I had some major headaches which I attributed to low calories so I upped my plan to include two servings of mixed nuts

The new Breakdown is:

CAL 2170 FAT 96g CARB 87g PRO 248g

What do you guys think? Am I headed the right direction? I intend to follow this for another 2.5 weeks before making any changes.

Also…I lost 3 lbs doing this between Monday (205lbs) and Friday (202lbs). Then I had a binge day on Saturday and on Monday I was 206lbs and have been noticebly less lean all this week. Has anybody else had a reaction like this to a cheat day? I think I might scrap them based on this.

I’m guessing you are saying to cut the cheat day? I think I’m going to and just stay strict, I was just seeing if anybody had success with them while cutting as so many would lead us to believe. I only do it out of experiment, not out of a need to cheat or anything.
